We generally bring out 10-12 Veterans for a long weekend of deer hunting. Lodging, Hunting, amd meals are covered by BSO and local sponsors. Based on the feedback of the last 5 years, the most impactful part of the weekend is the nights spent around the fire pit sharing war stories.
New Hope Hunting Club in Tarboro, NC hosts BSO and 5 Heroes all weekend. The club along with BSO and local sponsors covers all expenses for lodging, meals, and hunting services.
